位於香港新界馬鞍山的白石，遠眺山景背靠吐露港，景觀開揚環境優雅⋯ 不過在5月13日星期六，將會激烈地掀起電子音樂的狂濤巨浪！
不同於千篇一律"倒模"般的商業化電子舞曲，全港澳首個以 "Underground Bass Music" 為主題的Festival - "Outlook Festival Hong Kong Launch Party 2017"，集結Drum & Bass、Jungle、Reggae、 Dub、Hip-Hop、Garage、Footwork、Grime、Dubstep、House、Techno以至Electronica等音樂類型，不論是活躍於本地Underground舞曲圈20多年的前輩級人馬，以至各大新近崛起的的本土音樂新秀，聯同當今英倫Bass Music舞曲界炙手可熱重量級人物Stray，一次千載難逢的Underground地下舞曲勢力大檢閱，帶給大家新鮮、刺激、熱血沸騰、獨一無二的音樂體驗

Outlook 香港音樂節是香港唯一的 Underground Bass Music 文化的音樂節，當中雲集了各國及本地最頂尖的 Bass Music 跳舞音樂藝人，於馬鞍山的一個美麗海角中過萬呎的戶外場地中舉行，為 Croatia 的 Outlook 音樂節掀開序幕。
當我們說 Bass Music ，我們不是指那些俗不可耐的商業音樂，我們指的是真正地下的跳舞音樂，不論是 drum and bass、jungle、reggae、 dub、hiphop、 garage、 footwork、grime、dubstep、house、techno還是 electronica。
就如 Duke Ellington所言: 音樂只有兩種。好音樂和爛音樂。
Outlook Festival HK is the only underground Bass Music festival in Hong Kong, bringing together the finest sounds from the most vibrant and cutting edge dance scenes around.
The festival is set in a beautiful outdoor venue with the gorgeous panoramic view of Tolo Harbour in Whitehead, Ma On Shan features a 10,000 square feet open area.
When we talk about bass music we don’t mean the bastardised commercial version currently being sold to children, we mean underground dancefloor music, whether it be house, techno, dubstep, reggae, dub, hiphop, garage, grime, electronica, etc.
As Duke Ellington puts it “There are two kinds of music. Good music, and the other kind.”
